Payment
We offer safe credit card payments through our provider Stripe. All your transactions are encrypted and your credit card information is never visible to us or stored by us. You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club and Discover Card.
Delivery
We will ship all items we have in stock within 1-2 days. We ship with dhl and it will be delivered to your closest dhl service point. If there is a special dhl service point you want your parcel delivered to, please let us know in the comment section before paying.
Shipping costs
Sweden: 79 kr (about € 7 depending on the current conversion rate)
All other countries: 320 kr (about €28, depending on the current conversion rate)

Local Pickup
It’s possible to pickup your order in person here in Malmö but you need to contact us before and make an appointment!
We are open for pickup the following days and times:
Mon-fri: 13-18
Saturday: 12-15
Sunday: Closed
Right of withdrawal and returns
We only accept returns because of bad/faulty products like leaking/broken bottles, rotten food or similar problems. Swedish law does not give any right of withdrawal on food items that does not have any problems.
If any problems occur, please get in touch with us within a week after receiving the parcel. The problem has to be verified with photos and sent to us. In most situations we will refund the money or give you a store credit for your next purchase. However we are also open for discussing other solutions if the customer has some other ideas. We always want our customers to be satisfied!
